Standard Delivery Times : Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm. Standard 5-day delivery is provided free of charge for standard products, subject to factory availability and the following conditions : Applies to UK mainland only Clear access for delivery means clear access via road to site and excludes positioning inside premises - ie. kerbside only delivery, no double yellow lines, no restricted size vehicles, no road works. Ground floor delivery means no lifts, stairs, steps or raises. Postponement or cancellation of delivery will result in a re-stocking charge equal to 20% of the total invoice value. Rearranged delivery will be priced on application. All route-day deliveries are subject to space availability on the route day. For delivery outside of the standard terms and conditions, including 24-hour delivery, installation and set-to-work options, please contact us at the time of ordering. |
